Privacy Policy

TOPIK Plus (the “App”) and its operator, mizu, value your privacy. This policy explains what information the App processes, why it is used, and how you can manage it.

1. Information we process

You can use the App without an account. Vocabulary and exam-study records and settings created without an account are generally stored on your device.

If you choose to sign in or use learning sync, the following information may be processed:

· Account data: Firebase user ID, email address and display name supplied by Apple or Google, sign-in provider, and last sign-in time

· Device and sync data: hashed device identifier, platform, device name, last activity time, and learning-record backups you upload

· Purchase data: store transaction identifiers, product and purchase status, and entitlement-verification records. We do not directly collect payment-card details

· Advertising and analytics data: advertising identifier, device and app information, usage events, error information, and advertising or purchase-performance events

2. How we use information

· Provide sign-in, account management, and cross-device learning sync

· Verify in-app purchases, restore purchases, and provide paid features

· Deliver rewarded ads and measure advertising performance

· Analyze stability, improve features, answer support requests, and prevent abuse

3. Service providers and sharing

The App may use Google Firebase (Authentication and Analytics), Google Sign-In, AdMob and Google Play; Sign in with Apple and the App Store; and the Meta SDK. These providers process information under their own policies.

We do not sell personal information. Information is disclosed to service providers only as needed for the purposes above.

4. Retention and deletion

Account information and learning-sync data are kept while your account remains active. When you delete your account, we delete the Firebase Authentication account, registered devices, and sync backup, and remove the email address and display name from the profile.

Transaction, security, and anti-fraud records may be retained for a limited period where required by law or legitimate interests. Information held by external services is subject to each provider’s retention policy.

5. Your choices and rights

· Use the core study features without creating an account

· Where required by law, consent to or refuse advertising-data processing and later change your choice in the App's Ad Privacy Settings

· Reset the advertising identifier or limit personalized ads in device settings

· Delete your account and associated data from the Account screen in App settings

· Contact us through the account-deletion page or support email to request access, correction, or deletion

6. Security and international processing

We use reasonable safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege practices. Global service providers may process information outside your country; where this occurs, applicable law and the provider’s safeguards apply.

7. Changes and contact

We may update this policy when App features or service providers change. Material changes will be announced in the App or on this website.
