Submit the online form with a passport-style photo and proof of payment. Use the bank-transfer instructions linked from the official notice. Successful applicants receive a confirmation email; submitting an unfinished form or making a payment alone is not confirmation.
The October notice requests a photo taken within three months, JPG/JPEG, 200KB, with a white background. It gives 3.5×4.5cm or 413×531 pixels as the dimensions.

Bring the admission slip and valid original photo ID, such as a passport or driving licence showing your name and date of birth. Pens are supplied; bring correction tape if needed. No extra registration window is promised by the cited notice.
