Registration route
Use the TOPIK button at the top of the SKIS website during the application period. The school’s notice says no additional applications are accepted after the deadline. A login to Korea’s domestic portal does not replace the SKIS application.
The cited October announcement does not publish a fee table or a photo-file specification. Obtain those from the linked registration instructions before paying, rather than using a fee quoted for another year or country. The poster says payments are non-refundable.
Published time ranges
The English poster gives TOPIK I as 08:40–10:50 and TOPIK II as 11:50–15:50. These ranges include pre-test procedures; do not treat the first time as the start of the listening paper. Follow the admission instructions for the exact reporting and test times.
