Choose PBT or IBT
The IBT notice lists 80 places for TOPIK I and 120 for TOPIK II. Those numbers are not a capacity statement for the paper-based exams. A published deadline does not guarantee that places remain available.
TOPIK I assesses levels 1–2; TOPIK II assesses levels 3–6. IBT is a computer-based format with its own timetable. Do not apply the PBT reporting time or fee to an IBT booking.
Application instructions and fees
The annual notice points applicants to the education centre’s official TOPIK information blog for detailed instructions. Use the notice for the specific format and sitting to obtain the application form, Malaysian-ringgit fee, payment route and accepted ID.
The annual calendar does not itself state fees, photo specifications or test-room addresses. This guide leaves those items to the linked sitting instructions rather than treating another country’s rules as Malaysian requirements.
Keep the host’s payment confirmation and admission notice. Additional registration is only available when the centre expressly announces it.
