Application by email
Send the completed form, photograph, a copy of identification and payment proof as instructed by the embassy. Leave the registration-number field blank: the organiser assigns it. Use the bank details in the official notice, not a reused account number from an older sitting.
The photo specification is JPG, no more than 200KB, 3×4cm or 354×472 pixels. This email process does not require a Korean domestic registration account.

Bring your admission ticket and the same valid original ID used in the application. A level may be cancelled if fewer than ten people apply. Results are scheduled for 10 December. The notice does not promise late registration.
