Delete your TOPIK Plus account

You can delete your account in the app. If you no longer have access to the app, you can request deletion by email.

Delete it in the app

Sign in to the account you want to delete.
Open Settings and select Account.
Select Delete account and review the notice.
Confirm Delete account to complete the process.

Request deletion on the web

Email us from the address used for your account and include ‘TOPIK Plus account deletion request’. We may reply to request the minimum information needed to verify ownership.

Data that is deleted

Your Firebase Authentication account
Account profile data such as email address and display name
Registered-device data and learning-sync backups stored on our server

Data that may be retained

Purchase transactions and entitlement records may be retained where needed for legal obligations, security, or fraud prevention. Retained data is used only for those purposes.

In-app deletion is processed immediately. Email requests are processed within a reasonable period after verification, and we will notify you when complete.
